DUI, ASLEEP BEHIND WHEEL

Defendant was accused of hitting a parked vehicle, failing to stop after the accident, and bailing out of the vehicle when police attempted to intiate a traffic stop. Defendant was charged with crimes facing --- years of jail time. All charges DISMISSED.

Defendant was found slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle. Police stated the defendant was unconscious and transported him to the hospital for alcohol intoxication services. Defendant was facing --- years of jail time. All charges DISMISSED

VEHICLE THEFT, DRUG POSSESSION

Defendant was accused of stealing a car and upon search of the stolen car, police found drugs in the defendant's bag. Defendant was charged with crimes facing --- years of jail time. All charges DISMISSED with the condition of completing community service hours.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ASSAULT 

Defendant was accused of assaulting the mother of his children by shaking her while she was seated in her vehicle and on the phone with her boyfriend. Defendant was on probation for a serious felony and faced up to life in prison for violation of the probation. A jury found the defendant NOT GUILTY

ASSAULT ON POLICE OFFICER, SALE OF DRUGS TO OFFICER
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ASSAULT 

Defendant was accused of attempting to grab an officer's gun, attempting to sell the officer drugs and other felony charges. Defendant was charged with crimes facing over 30 years in prison. All charges DISMISSED.

Defendant was accused of assaulting his live-in girlfriend after a verbal dispute escalated. The prosecution introduced evidence of alleged prior assaults committed by the defendant on the alleged victim. Defendant faced up to 1 year in jail and deportation. A jury found the defendant NOT GUILTY and the defendant was not deported.

JUVENILE, HOME BURGLARY, POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
ELDER ABUSE & NEGLECT 

Juvenile was accused of burglarizing a home, stealing thousands of dollars worth of items including electronics and collectible items and then pawning the items at a pawn shop captured on surveillance video. At trial, the judge found the juvenile was NOT DELINQUENT of the felony burglary charge and reduced multiple felony charges to a simple misdemeanor theft charge.  

Defendant was accused of abuse and neglect of her elderly mother after a visit from a social worker visited the elder person and reported her observations. Defendant faced up to 5 years in prison. All charges DISMISSED

THIRD DUI, BAC .08
SECOND DUI, BAC .17

Defendant was arrested for their third DUI, with the previous DUI taking place less than ten years prior. Defendant blew a BAC of .08. Defendant faced up to 1 year in jail. Defendant pled to lesser offense of DWI and was granted PROBATION in lieu of a jail sentence. 

Defendant was arrested for their second DUI. Defendant blew a BAC of .17, over two times the legal limit. Defendant faced up to 1 year in jail. Defendant was granted PROBATION in lieu of a jail sentence.
